Misalignment. Of course there can be other health issues that prevent defecation. But when the spine is misaligned it cause body system to malfunction organs do not function properly restricts blood flow disrupts healthy living. I know because I experience spinal alignment constantly. You see I have to see a chiropractor every two weeks if not more to keep spine aligned for years.
