Posture has everything to do with health and well being. Stand up straight. You've heard it before. Posture effects performance in life... Play as a child. Study as a teen. Act and be healthy teenager. Work and play as adult. Caught early breaking the pattern of poor posture reduces stress and strain on the spinal column. Proper posture promotes balance. Sitting and standing correctly allows body to function more efficiently. Catch bad posture early. Proper posture in aging adults reduce health condition. Related health problem start early. Earlier than before. Get alignment checked. Dont let posture rob life productivity and happiness. But you want to reduce inflammation reduce pain improve blood flow increase organ function improve mobility and have less orthopedic issues.
